Grandma's Adirondack River Retreat

Over the river and through the woods to grandmother's house, we go.
Bring the whole family to this home in Warrensburg. Close to ski slopes, fishing, hiking, biking, snow mobile trails. Across the street is a boat launch for the Schroon River. Kayak up river or tube down the Schroon into the Hudson River. There is a golf course right outside of town. Small town living at its finest.
The space
Sleep in antique beds while still having the convenience of air conditioning and bedroom USB charging ports. This home is quiet and relaxing and is well located to everything this region has to offer.
Across the street is Paper Mill Park with boat launch and several informal locations where outdoor enthusiasts can access the waterfront(2 kayaks available at the home). Minutes from the Scenic Hudson and Schroon River convergence, numerous parks that offer hiking and biking trails, and some amazing fishing spots. Close to Gore Mountain (22 miles), and Lake George (7.5 miles) Cronin's Golf Resort (4.5 miles) Revolution Rail Co. (1.6 miles) local town ski slope Hickory Ski Center (1.4 miles).
Upgrades to the lighting, new water heater, furnace, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms insure a comfortable stay in this centuries old weathered home that has seen lots of love and laughter. Truly a grandmother's house, as the owner's father grew up here. You will find the space warm and cozy, ready for you to set out on new outdoor adventure and make some cherished memories.
