Hotel romantici a Warrenton

“First clue to leave should have been the broken AC in the lobby. The woman at the counter was nice enough, but was always hiding in one of the rooms to stay cool. The bed pillows were tiny and the size of a couch throw pillow. The entrance to the rear building had a broken door lock and the hall reeked of mold. The room was semi-clean but it was obvious water damage had been painted over. The TV had to be reset and couldn't access any of the streaming features, and there was no cable or live TV....

From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel very welcome and even accommodated an early check-in for all three of our rooms, which we really appreciated. The breakfast staff were equally impressive, friendly, kind, courteous, and willing to help. Their warm service made for a great start to the day. “We chose a king suite on the third floor. I am really critical about cleanliness, but I’ll have to say this room was spotless. The makeover that they did in March is just beautiful. I felt very comfortable in this room and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff were very helpful. And the breakfast was much more than we expected. The only thing that made us somewhat uncomfortable was the hotel next-door. There were some pretty sketchy people in their parking lot, but definitely no reflection...

“Room and bathroom were dirty. Cobwebs and diet everywhere in the room. Toilet seat was broken and the toilet needed cleaning. Repairs made to the room were very badly done. Dog constantly barked. Room doors do not shut properly so they have to be slammed. Slamming was heard during the whole stay. Staff are friendly and Continental breakfast was appreciated.”
