“Food was great, breakfast included in stay with lots of choice. Also ate in pub the 2 nights we stayed and quality of food was great. Staff very friendly. Room was nice but as some other reviews stated paintwork etc needs update and refresh but very comfy bed”

“Here’s a polished, firm but fair review you can use (keeps your key points but strengthens the impact):
I stayed at Crabwall Manor Hotel & Spa (room 50) and unfortunately had a very poor experience.
I was not informed at the time of booking that a wedding would be taking place. I have no issue with events being held, but the noise continued until around 1am and made it impossible to get any sleep.
When I raised this with staff, I was simply told “there’s nothing we can do as it’s a wedding.”...
