“Il personale è inesistente, ti prendono in giro, abbiamo contattato la struttura perché abbiamo avuto un problema. Invece di dire che non era possibile modificare la prenotazione non rispondevano ai messaggi, telefonando rispondevano di sì ma di scrivere ad Expedia ed Expedia rispondeva che l’hotel non accettava la modifica…uno dei due ci ha preso in giro!!! Colazione mediocre, poca scelta e ti devi preparare i waffle da solo. Pulizia scarsa, ogni due giorni ”

“Room was fairly clean. Bed was clean & comfortable. The AC unit was a bit loud (according to my fiancé) but at least it worked! Bathroom was clean, single sink, roomy shower. Breakfast looked great, but we opted for Dunkin that is walkable from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a 90th bday party and a wedding during our stay so pretty busy but they got everything settled. Overall 9/10 would stay again.”

“I arrived very late. At checked in, the customer service agent noticed my reservation was for the next day. He checked the room rate for that night, it was close to $1K and suggested for me to check online since I still have 10 minutes before midnights. I did managed to get a room at a similar rate to my other booking. “everything closes too early, the restaurant, Breakfast should be available to guests at least after 11 am, check out time. the pool also closes too early, it's difficult to get food delivered. the rooms are okay, could use a little updating. The coffee maker in the room is old they need to make sure the instant creamer is fresh the one I opened was like a brick. The AC works really good!”
