“I STAY THERE OFTEN”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our toilet which seemed to be running too long to refill and they sent someone in the morning and it was taken care of. Breakfast had plenty of options and the breakfast area was open and inviting. In good weather there are outdoor tables as well. Bedroom was comfortable and the llving room was as well. We were on the third floor and it was very quiet and we had a tree right outside of our window. Parking was easy”

“Il personale è inesistente, ti prendono in giro, abbiamo contattato la struttura perché abbiamo avuto un problema. Invece di dire che non era possibile modificare la prenotazione non rispondevano ai messaggi, telefonando rispondevano di sì ma di scrivere ad Expedia ed Expedia rispondeva che l’hotel non accettava la modifica…uno dei due ci ha preso in giro!!! Colazione mediocre, poca scelta e ti devi preparare i waffle da solo. Pulizia scarsa, ogni due giorni ”
