“I was in town for a couple days while working an event at Lucas Oil Speedway and had the pleasure to stay at this peaceful, quaint cabin. The cabin had everything I needed for my stay. Everything was really comfortable, including the bedding. I elected not to cook anything while I was there, and instead picked up some dinner from the Rustic Spoon right around the corner, but if I had needed to, everything was there to prepare a meal. “We had a great time at this cabin. We found it to be extremely relaxing and just what we needed before our crazy back to school/sports schedule. We did a lot of fishing off the dock, cruising around the calm waters in the canoe, camp fires and just chilling. The location is remote and not close to many restaurants/shopping locations however we didn't mind that at all. We came prepared with all our food that we needed. Overall great place to relax and just get away.”

“Clean and cozy. We stayed in the bigger cabin during our stay and found it clean and comfortable. It is somewhat difficult to get to, but not horrible... as described in the listing. We did see alot of wildlife and it is a beautiful area for sure! The firepit area is really nice.”

“Our family had the best week-long vacation, & although we missed home, we weren’t ready to leave! The location is beautiful & quiet, right on the lake. The road is a bit bumpy going in & we did drive a fair amount to get to all the activities our kids had planned- ha - but it was worth it to come back to the cabin! “If you are looking for a nice clean cabin with lots of access to water and conservative lands as well as private land to hike and explore this is the perfect place, not far off the highway, easy to get to. The bed is very comfortable as well.”

“This property is perfect for a peaceful stay. With it being on the lake and off the main path, it was tranquil and allowed for relaxation. It was close to amenities in the event you need anything. Would book again if I find myself in need of a place in the area!”
