“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I booked my room almost two weeks in advance and requested a top-floor room before check-in because I'm a light sleeper. When we arrived, the front desk told us every top-floor room was sold out, so we were placed on the first floor. What really bothered me was seeing guests who checked in after us getting rooms on the top floor. That made it feel like our request and early reservation...

“The property details what was shown and explained on the website is opposite what I had experienced. I found redness on my body when I lied in the bed. There were guests checked-in with the dog pets couple of rooms down. The water pressure was so low that I could not wash myself properly in the shower.”

“We stayed here with our children while visiting the Creation Museum (10 min drive) and Ark Encounter (48 min drive). Our "mini apartment" had plenty of space for our family of 7. Two bedrooms, each with a king size bed, a pullout full size sofa bed in the living room, and a kitchen with an apartment sized fridge, 4 burner stove, and oven. Everything you need for an extended stay with the family. Overall, the accommodations were worth the price we paid. My husband said it was the best hotel...
