The Space:

The 35 m² studio is designed for 4 people. The interior includes a living area with a sofa bed and Smart TV. The sleeping area, partially separated by a wall, houses a double bed. From the living room there is access to a balcony with garden furniture, which overlooks a quiet inner courtyard. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine at your disposal.



The Neighborhood:

The building is located in a well-connected part of Warsaw, which provides convenient access to the city's most important attractions. In just a few minutes by car or public transport you can reach the Old Town, the Barbican, the Warsaw Uprising Monument and the Grand Theater - National Opera. There are also numerous restaurants, cafes, shops and service points in the area, so everything you need is at your fingertips.



Getting Around:

The proximity of bus, metro, and train stations provides excellent connections to every part of the city. By car, you can reach the airport in about 20 minutes. All transportation options are easily located on the provided map.
