This cozy fully equipped apartment can accommodate 4 people. The 40 m² surface is divided into a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The Neighborhood:

One-bedroom apartment located in the dynamically evolving Warsaw district Ursynów, at Belgardzka Street. The apartment is part of the modern 11-story apartment building with service premises (including grocery store and supermarket) on the ground floor. The stylishly asymmetrical body of the building is designed in a ''C'' shape around an inner courtyard with a playground for children. The neighborhood has full service and communication infrastructure. 600 m from the building there ais a cozy local shopping center ''Galeria Ursynów'' with many restaurants and stores. 50 m from the center you will find metro station ''Natolin'' which guarantees a comfortable ride to the city center. The building is located between two green areas of the “Lasek Brzozowy” and “Przy Bażantarni” parks, providing a beautiful view from the apartment’s windows.
