The Space:

This charming 50-square-meter home for four, where elegance meets homey warmth, is the perfect choice if you’re looking for comfort and relaxation. The living room, featuring two comfortable armchairs, also includes a Smart TV. Right next to it is the dining area, whose bright walls give the interior a cheerful and family-friendly atmosphere. The functional kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. Upstairs is a comfortable bedroom with two single beds and one double bed. The modern bathroom, finished in an elegant, contrasting style, features a spacious shower stall and a washing machine, making daily chores a breeze. The whole experience is complemented by a charming garden, designed with relaxation in mind.



The Neighborhood:

The building is located on Bielszowicka Street. It’s the perfect location if you’re looking for a balance between the comforts of city life and proximity to nature. Just a 20-minute walk away is the charming Barciucha Forest, perfect for walks, jogging, or bike rides. Less than 20 minutes by car is the picturesque Glinianki Park, featuring extensive walking trails, bodies of water, and recreational facilities. If you’re traveling with children, the nearby Rope Park, less than a 10-minute drive away, is a great asset—a perfect place for outdoor fun. Just 15 minutes away by car is Promenada, one of the largest and most popular shopping malls in Warsaw.
