Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, check-in, comunicazione e accuratezza dell’annuncio
The fact that I paid for the room about 1 PM and I got there at 3 PM and I stood outside for two hours on the hottest day of the year with a serious cardiovascular condition and then just by chance someone let me in a building and I sit on the stairs for one more hour. I’ve also sent more than a dozen messages to property management and spoken with four different Expedia agents and someone just got back to me from the property a little bit ago saying that they knew nothing about it. I tried to be a nice guy because at times mistakes can happen it’s how you fix those mistakes that matters the most. About 15 minutes ago I messaged back whoever wrote me the message saying they knew nothing about me trying to reach anybody, even though I called every number and spoken to four different people perhaps something is very wrong. So I asked for my money back or since I’m staying in Kraków for another night because obviously I couldn’t finish my work yesterday cause I didn’t get a room till well after 7 PM. They can either give me my money back or they can give me a room tonight and an apology and will call it even we’ll see what happens? I always try to give the people the benefit of the doubt, should someone reach me in a reasonable amount of time and get me the proper code so I can use the room or give me my money back today even though most people wouldn’t I will leave that and all part ways and if they do not, then it will be obvious what kind of “ legitimate business” it is.
