The Space:
This exclusive, air-conditioned apartment is located on the second floor and is designed for five people. It is a perfect place to relax for parents traveling with children, groups of friends, couples, as well as participants of business trips. The interior has been decorated in a cozy and stylish way - there is no shortage of distinctive color accents in shades of blue and yellow, as well as subdued hues of gray and wood. In the first bedroom, guests have at their disposal a double sofa bed and a folding armchair, a dining table, a white coffee table, upholstered chairs and a cabinet. Evening entertainment is taken care of by a modern television with access to cable channels and a streaming platform. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a desk with a chair for convenient remote work and cabinets for handy trinkets. Air conditioning is available in both rooms and there is access to a furnished balcony with a table and chairs, where you can drink your morning coffee or have a snack in a pleasant atmosphere. In the hallway stands a capacious closet ideal for storing belongings brought in, which includes a standing clothes dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The space also has a round wall mirror in a white frame to offer. Meals can be prepared easily and quickly in the functional separate kitchen with dining area. Visitors can use such appliances as a coffee machine, induction cooktop, microwave, oven and electric kettle. In the bathroom, guests will find a welcome amenity kit with towels, a washing machine, a hairdryer and a bathtub in which to relax in the evenings after a day's activities. Additionally, for increased safety, the apartment is equipped with four smoke detectors.

On the other hand, right next to the building there is a restaurant, where you can have a nice time with delicious dishes. Lovers of greenery and outdoor relaxation can walk in less than a quarter of an hour to a park with a picturesque pond, charming fountains, children's play spaces, an outdoor library, two cafes and recreation areas for active recreation. It takes 6-9 minutes to get to the shopping center, bowling alley, water park, subway station and tennis court, while the route to the airport takes 23 minutes and to the market with its beautiful architecture and impressive monuments only 17 minutes. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the outdoor gym. On the other hand, the Warszawa Wola railway station can be reached on foot in about 12 minutes. Fans of hot drinks can visit nearby cafes such as District Speciality Coffee or The White Bear Coffee, which are a 2-5 minute walk away.
