— The Apartment —

This is a genuine three-room apartment with a total area of 64 m² — one of the few places in central Warsaw that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, offering three separate sleeping areas, each located in a different room.

The living room is the heart of the apartment and features a large premium velvet sofa bed with a sleeping surface of 160×220 cm, two classic wingback armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and access to the first balcony overlooking the green courtyard. Original herringbone parquet flooring has been preserved throughout the apartment. A large-format abstract artwork gives the interior its unique character — bold, colourful, and unlike anything found in a typical rental apartment. Guests often remember it long after their stay.

The main bedroom offers a comfortable 140×200 cm double bed with a brand-new orthopaedic mattress, ensuring excellent sleeping comfort. The bedroom also provides access to the second balcony overlooking the quiet green courtyard — a perfect spot to relax in the morning or evening.

The third room combines a workspace with an additional sleeping area. It includes a desk, chair, natural daylight, and a fold-out sofa bed measuring 115×190 cm for one person. It is an excellent solution both for remote work and comfortable accommodation.

The kitchen is a separate, fully equipped room designed for convenient cooking even for larger groups. Guests can use a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The dining table comfortably seats the entire group.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building without a lift. It is worth considering before booking, although most guests admit that after the first day it becomes insignificant — especially thanks to the quiet surroundings, greenery, and two relaxing balcony spaces.

Muranów is one of Warsaw’s most atmospheric and interesting districts — full of history, distinctive architecture, and perfectly connected to the city centre. The metro station is located about a 7-minute walk from the apartment. Nearby attractions include the Old Town, Royal Castle, POLIN Museum, Krasiński Garden, as well as many excellent restaurants and cafés. For morning coffee and something sweet, Green Caffè Nero just around the corner is a favourite spot among local residents.
