The Space:

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The 46 m² area is divided into a living room with two single sofas, a kitchenette divided by a wall, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. The living room has access to a private balcony equipped with garden furniture. The balcony faces the estate's inner courtyard, giving a sense of peace and quiet. The comfortable corner sofa is the perfect place to relax and is also designed to sleep 1 person. There is also a single fold-out armchair in the living room. Additionally, the décor and furnishings of the apartment are cosy and created with functionality in mind. In the bedroom there is a desk with an office chair, which allows the room to be easily used as a home office. The functionality of the apartment is further enhanced by a wide range of amenities.
