We understand that the situation was not comfortable for you. However, depending on whether we receive all the documents in advance and depending on the time of arrival the keys are waiting for our customers either in our office (which is open till 11 p.m. from Monday till Friday and till 6 p.m. on Saturdays) or straightaway in Platinum Tower (running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). As far as the language is concerned, we did not receive any information on this matter by the booking site, therefore, this was discussed on the phone with one of our representatives. We would be happy to welcome you in one of our locations despite the inconveniences you have experienced!
