This 45-square-metre apartment has been carefully designed with the needs of families and small groups in mind. The living area, featuring a sofa bed and a Smart TV, is a comfortable place to relax in the evening. The living room opens directly onto the balcony, which adds to the available space.

The bright kitchen, equipped with an oven, toaster, microwave and dishwasher, makes it easy to prepare daily meals. A separate bedroom with a large bed ensures a good night’s sleep, whilst the bathroom features a bath and a washing machine - an extremely practical solution when travelling with loved ones.

Warsaw’s Mokotów district is well-connected and stands out for its proximity to green spaces. Jeziorko Czerniakowskie is about a 15-minute walk away. It takes 10 minutes by car to reach the popular Łazienki Park and Wilanów Palace. In addition, the nearest shopping centre is a 10-minute walk away, making everyday shopping easy.
