The Space:

The bright flat, decorated in cheerful colours will happily accommodate 4 people. It has an area of 41 m² and consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. It will be an excellent choice for families with children or groups of friends wishing to visit the Capital. The interior has been designed with attention to every detail, and is extremely functional and elegant. In the living room, there is a sofa which converts into a sleeping area for 2 people at night. There is also a coffee table, a TV with SmartTV function and a table and chairs for dining together. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and also has a dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge with freezer. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a desk with chair - ideal for remote working. WIFI internet access is of course provided in the flat, so our guests will be able to take care of their work duties. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery and have a nice time outdoors. The bright bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle also has a hairdryer, towels and toiletries. The flat is also happy to accommodate pets.

The Neighborhood:

The flat is located in a very attractive part of Warsaw, on Wiktorska Street. It is a neighbourhood with a well-developed urban infrastructure, abundant in service establishments, shops, restaurants and cafes. The nearest dining establishments are within easy reach and include Moko-tuff café (280 m), Heritage Shop & Wine (550 m), Stółdzielnia (400 m). Each of our guests is sure to find something to satisfy their culinary tastes. The neighbourhood is perfectly communicated with other parts of the capital. Tram and bus stops can be found just 300 metres away. The nearest metro station is located 270 metres from the flat, which will allow efficient and fast movement throughout Warsaw. Despite its location in the city centre, there are also many green areas in the neighbourhood where you can go for a family walk. Morskie Oko Park with a charming pond, Promenada Park, or General Gustaw Orlicz-Dreszer Park offer a moment of relaxation and numerous paths for walking or practising various sports. The distance to the city centre with the Palace of Culture and Science and the Warszawa Centralna railway station is 3.9 km and can be covered in just 15 minutes by metro. For those travelling by plane, the proximity of Warsaw Chopin Airport (6.6 km) will be an undoubted advantage. The nearest grocery shop is only 400 metres from the flat, our guests will be able to easily stock up on purchases necessary during their stay here.
