“We had a wonderful stay at Black Rock Mountain Resort. Would definitely book there again and recommend it for anybody looking for a nice stay. The kids loved the pool and the lounge/game room. My wife and I enjoyed the sauna and exercise room.”

“Loved every minute of my 5 day stay at the Hostel. My room was clean, comfortable and private. The shared spaces (bathroom/shower) and pool table/couch/kitchen areas were super clean and well stocked. The patio on the west side of the building on 3rd floor was epic for watching sunsets and the proximity to the pizza, Indian food and The Parlor cocktail lounge as well as 7/11 was super convienent.”

“The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!”

“The hotel itself is nice, but it doesn’t make up for the poor experience. So many issues. First off there is no one working the desk after 5pm (and open again at 9am). We checked in after 5pm and there wasn’t even a sign telling us what to do. I finally called and was redirected to a neighboring hotel. Had to drive over there to get checked in. The elevator walk from parking garage to our rooom was like nothing I’ve ever encountered. Only way to the other building was to take the elevator...

“Beautiful stay”

“I really enjoyed staying here. I had friends at a VRBO literally 2 houses down from the Plaza....but I much preferred my accomodations. The property was a little dated. When I would use the stairs to go, you could feel the boards moving under the carpet. The location was really centralized within walking distance of several nice restaurants. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful!”

“Outstanding! Resort was beautiful with lots of amenities. It’s like they thought of everything! Staff were very helpful and friendly! The gym was nice with plenty of equipment. The rooftop pool was so nice with great views and lounge chairs. Good food and drinks at the Apres Pendry restaurant. The boutique in the lobby was cute.
