    This elegant 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home can sleep as many as 10 people, so you can bring your friends and family for a desert vacation. The master bedroom features a King bed and a smart TV, as well as an ensuite bathroom with an enclosed water closet. The second bedroom also features a king bed as well as a TV and ensuite bathroom. The bunk room hosts 2 twin-over-twin bunks, holding up to 4 people! The loft has a TV and DVD player as well as a Queen pull-out sofa bed, On the patio, enjoy a delicious meal cooked on the grill and sit at one of 2 patio tables provided for your use. With dog friendly amenities and a park within a two-minute walk, this home is perfect for all members of the family, especially those with paws! Great place to stay

The house was very welcoming and a lovely place for us to stay. The Red Sands team was incredibly prompt in responding to any questions that we had. Check-in was a breeze. The house was tidy and everything was exactly as listed. It was a great place to stay!

Great getaway

Nice place for a quick getaway. Great location close to sand hollow state park. The pool and hot tub were nicely kept. Kitchen had all the things we needed to be able to make breakfasts and dinner.

Great Place

Loved our 3 night stay. Wish we could of stayed longer. One of the nicest and cleanest rentals we have stayed at. Having your own private hottub was a plus also. Easy access from the main highways.

While our trip ended up with some frustrating details, we were grateful for this wonderful place to stay and a very responsive owner that made the trip much better than it could have been. Would rent it again!

Soccer getaway

Property had easy access to the interstate/highway leading to different parts of southern Utah but far enough to not hear the sounds of traffic. The place was clean and well equipped with towels for the hot tub and supplies for eating.

Great Rental!

The condo was perfect for what we needed it for. We came down for the St. George Marathon. The condo was completely stocked for us and very clean. It was great to have a hot tub for the runners afterwards as well. Easy check in and out process. Thank you!

Great vacation stay

Very spacious and nice amenities for our trip. We were two couples and a dog. Neighborhood was nice and though we were there during Thanksgiving, it wasn’t noisy. We did not use the pool area but it appeared to be quite popular. Great communication with the management company about extending our stay a day and a little assistance with the entry code.

This was a great property that fit our needs. We particularly liked the private hot tub. The printed instructions to find the location were confusing, but GPS got us there. The parking rules were unclear, as they were not included in emails sent prior to our stay. It took us a while to figure out they were on a tablet in the kitchen. A illustrated map to show us where the community pool was would have been helpful.

Softball vacation

The property was very homey but we wished we would have been told that the TV’s could only be watched by streaming, no cable. Also, some of the kitchen utensils and pans were not clean so we had to spend time cleaning before cooking.

I liked the location of the property, as it was close to the freeway and both recreational facilities. Property was clean and it had everything you needed. I liked the downstairs bedroom as well as the two upstairs rooms. Air hockey was fun for the kids and the hot tub was great. The roku tv wasn't my favorite and I would have liked to see cable TV. Oh well can't have it all. Great Rental! Quiet, spacious, and well maintained. Highly recommended if you are in Southern Utah.
