St. George Utah 3 bed, 3 full bathrooms has been professionally decorated by St George's finest! Close to Zions National Park, Dixie, Fish, Hike, Boat, Bike, Golf, Sand Hollow..........

Walk out the Front Door and you are looking at the Community Swimming Pool, which is heated and open for you to enjoy year round!

Kitchen: is fully equipped for your needs. The dining table will seat 6, with 3 more barstools on the kitchen island. Outside courtyard dining will seat 6-8 people.

Our spacious living areas, Upstairs and Downstairs will help you relax with without feeling like you are walking over each other. There are 3 Smart TVs ready for use with cable TV (Living room). One in the Downstairs and Upstairs living rooms with one more in the Master Bedroom. Wi-Fi available.

Outside is a private Hot tub, gas fire pit, dining table, and additional seating so you can enjoy warming up next to the fire pit, or getting some sun on the lawn chairs.

Guys golf trip

Really enjoyed our stay. Private driveway and garage made it easy for us as golfers to quickly load and unload clubs/gear. Very clean and comfortable and location was great. Sitting out back by the firepit was a nightly event for us, and it made a huge difference. Without it, it would have been too cold to be comfortable. Kendall was a fantastic host. Very helpful and responsive. He also provided a handy guide for checking out, and the requests were reasonable and easy to accommodate. Would recommend and would re-book if we come back to the area next year.

Great place in a great location

We stayed here for a baseball tournament and it was in the perfect location. Only a couple of minutes off of I-15 so we could quickly get to Hurricane, St. George, or Santa Clara. Unit was clean, well stocked with towels and linens and is located right in front of the community pool. Hot tub in the back was great also.

Great Property, great location

Really enjoyed staying here, highly recommend it. Two living rooms and both were decent sized which was nice so kids could watch a movie elsewhere. we loved the hot tub. Owner responded quickly.

Sisters Weekend

What a great find! So many details were thought of in this location. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Easy checkin and communication. The home was decorated darling with plenty of seating and cozy blankets. The private hot tub was so nice to have and use each night. The outside area to sit, talk, eat or play games was perfect. The pool across the street made it super easy to swim and enjoy some sun in October. Great location and beautiful place to stay. Thank you for everything.
