• No sleeping on sofas or rearranging furniture without approval.

* Late Check-Out fee if you Check-Out after 11am without permission

• Additional cleaning fee will be imposed if home is left in unsatisfactory condition.

• Guest responsible for accurate guest count including visitors to be included on reservation prior to Check-In

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire property with the exception of one closet under the stairs. There are NO shared spaces in the home and all in-home amenities are available to use.
Other things to note
--> We do not accept Check-ins or Check-Outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Those are the only 2 days of the year that we give our team (cleaners/inspectors/maintenance) the day off as they work every other day including holidays. I am sure you understand the importance of spending Thanksgiving and Christmas Day with family.
