  • Benvenuti in Sunshine Serendipity dove vive SUNSHINE! Scoprirai felici scoperte e creerai i migliori ricordi in questa fantastica villa padronale con 4 camere da letto situata a soli 32 miglia dal parco nazionale di Zion.  Può ospitare un massimo di 18 ospiti.

    C'è anche una bella piscina all'aperto riscaldata e vasca idromassaggio. La piscina dispone anche di una piscina olimpionica per coloro che desiderano nuotare.  Sentieri e parchi nelle vicinanze. Questi sono tutti a pochi passi da casa.

    Questa casa è il luogo perfetto per appassionati di mountain bike e amanti del sud dello Utah.  Sunshine Serendipity è nella nuovissima comunità chiamata The Casitas at Sienna Hills. Situato vicino a tutte le attrazioni del sud dello Utah.  Zion National Park è a soli 32 miglia, Sand Hollow e Quail Lake State Park sono a soli 5 minuti, centro di St. George a soli 10 minuti.  Puoi persino pedalare direttamente dal tuo garage a percorsi di mountain bike senza fine come Prospector Church Rocks Loop.  Nelle vicinanze si trovano anche J. E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell e Little Creek Mountain.  Avrai facile accesso a piste ciclabili ed escursionistiche, negozi, ristoranti e molte altre attività per renderlo la migliore esperienza di vacanza.  

    In cerca di avventura? Ci sono percorsi infiniti da scoprire. Questo è il posto perfetto che offre così tante varietà di attività e avventure nella St. Area di George, Utah e Zion National Park. Condizioni perfette per l'arrampicata su roccia, la mountain bike e l'esplorazione di tutti i canyon! È inoltre possibile sperimentare escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta su sentieri unici.     Questa proprietà è completamente attrezzata con i comfort di casa e molto altro ancora!  

    Ti piace cucinare e intrattenere in questa cucina di lusso.  Dotata di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, forno e piano cottura a gas separati. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con una caffettiera, pentola di coccio, frullatore, griglia frittella, tostapane, spezie e una ciotola di miscelazione per gustare la cottura.  La zona della cucina ospiterà 8 posti a sedere supplementari al bar. Il soggiorno ha due comodi divani, una sedia e una grande TV a schermo piatto. Apprezzerete anche il grande patio sul retro con splendide viste. Il patio ha un barbecue e mobili da giardino per godersi la calda brezza del deserto.

    La master suite di livello principale dispone di un letto king size. La camera è perfettamente arredata e dotata di una TV a schermo piatto.  Il bagno principale ha doppi lavandini e una cabina doccia. Dispone anche di una grande cabina armadio.

    La seconda camera da letto principale si trova anche al piano principale che dispone di una regina.  Il secondo bagno principale ha una vasca doccia combinata. Inoltre ha una maniglia nella doccia

    La terza camera da letto principale si trova al secondo piano e dispone di 2 letti queen size. Inoltre, dispone di una scrivania. Il terzo bagno principale ha una vasca doccia combinata.

    La quarta camera da letto principale ha due coppie di letti singoli sopra i letti a castello. Il quarto bagno principale dispone di un combo doccia vasca.

    1 letto king size, 3 letti queen size e 2 set di letti a castello gemelli pieni. 4 letti aero gemellati.

Serendipitous stay!

This property was perfect for our extended Memorial Day weekend getaway with the family and our pups. It was so clean and comfortable. Tons of amenities and great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

This place was perfect for what we needed. House was very clean and exactly as advertised. Our kids loved the air hockey and hidden play space under the stairs. We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this home! The house was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we appreciated the attention to detail from the owners and property managers.The location was excellent, and we especially enjoyed spending time in the house, which made our vacation even more relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.The only suggestions we would make are minor. The refrigerator took a little while to get cold, so an upgrade might be worth considering. Also, adding YouTube access to the TV would be a great enhancement for guests who enjoy relaxing at home in the evenings, as we do.Overall, these were very small details compared to what was otherwise a fantastic experience. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality, we look forward to coming back!

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We especially liked how close the pool was to the house. There was some issues with the upstairs tv and we were never able to get it working, however we would consider staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay

This was one of 2 properties we rented for our soccer team. All the gals enjoyed the stay. We were bummed when the hot tub broke, but we got to use it a couple of times before that happened. It would have been nice to use after our last 2 games, but that wasn't to be. :)

Excellent!!

Can't say enough good things about this property! We had such a good time. Everything you can think of is provided, all towels for the pool as well as showering at home, the kitchen is stocked with every kind of appliance you could want, every kind of baking dish or pan. There is soooo many pool toys, loungers for adults and kids a wagon for pulling the kids and pool toys to the pool. A great bbq on the back patio, the linens were exceptional ( I want to know where they are from! lol). Really just the best we will definitely be back again!!!

One of the best!

This is one of the best homes we’ve ever stayed in. The home is furnished like a home rather than a rental property. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. The living room has table lamps for cozy ambiance in the evening. The kids play area under the stairs was a hit with our toddler. The hosts were very responsive. We had a small issue with the kitchen faucet, and they had a repair person out within a few hours. Overall we can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s a winner!!

We had a great time!

The property is a great space, every room has a bathroom! Lots of fun social spaces! And the air hokey is the best!!!! The kitchen has every appliance that you could need. I love that this place is dog friendly, thanks! We were able to communicate with the property manager, but they didn’t seem to feel the need to fix the broken lock on the front door… so we were worried and tried very hard to not get locked out. There’s not a garage door opener, just a key pad. Other than that we very much enjoyed it stay!

Great property in a great location

Our family group of six adults, two kids and one infant fit perfectly. We stayed two nights and the location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. The property had the perfect amenities for every age. It wasn't wheelchair accessible but our disabled grandmother was able to manage the one step into the property with a little help. The play area under the stairs was used constantly by the kids (although it could have used a some light in the corner). There were two pack and plays and a high chair that were all in good condition. Half the group swam in the HOA pool and there were plenty of beach towels. The mini toiletries were appreciated by those of us who forgot to bring our own. The kitchen was well-stocked for the one meal we prepared. The property was clean, the A/C was perfect for July and there was plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely stay here again.

Best rental home ever

We've stayed in this community several times visiting St George for kids athletic tournaments. The location is great for I-15 and SR-9 access, and the community pool has been consistently clean and pleasant. This house has a great layout and is well stocked with EVERYTHING (including dish towels which can be hit or miss and drives my wife crazy). We loved playing air hockey and ping pong and sitting on the back porch. This unit backs onto a bluff and has a particularly nice view and open space that is outstanding compared to the units in the interior of the community. This one is top of our list for when we return.

This place was GREAT!!

This place was spacious and had everything. The ping pong table came in quite handy. The bed were comfortable. The AC worked. The pool was awesome. They allowed our dog and he loved it too!! Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again.

Relax and Play

Our family loved our stay here. The home is beautiful with great art and furnishings. The beds are supportive and comfortable. There was something to engage each of the 3 generations and enough room for everyone to spread out and have alone time when needed. You can literally bike onto trails from the house. We would love to stay here again.

Great stay at convenient location

The house was beautiful and clean. Entry was simple and they had everything we needed including a waffle maker! There was plenty of space for our group and made for a great stay.
