Welcome your adventure base home, just outside St. George! Whether you're seeking a warm retreat, attending your kids' sports events, exploring national parks, or enjoying a family vacation, our fully furnished Home is perfect for your short to medium-term stay.

This home is ideal for large groups or families, offering 3 bedrooms, a loft, family room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, with a community pool and hot tub, you can relax after your adventures with a swim or soak!

Located near Zion National Park, Sand Hollow Lake, Snow Canyon, and Tuacahn, you'll have easy access to some of Utah's most stunning natural attractions. After a day of exploration, return to comfort as the house easily accommodates 8 guests with its queen bed, twin beds, and a pull-out sofa bed.

Entertainment options include an electric fireplace, fans, A/C, and subscriptions to Netflix and YouTube TV for your relaxation. With easy access to the freeway and just 5 minutes from Walmart, Home Depot, and shopping, convenience is at your doorstep.

Planning to visit Bryce Canyon, the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Monument Valley, or Arches National Park? Our home is the perfect stopover. Parking is a breeze with garage and driveway space for 2-3 vehicles, and check-in is simple with self-check-in options.

Great location

We were here for Soccer tournaments. The location was great seems like everything is about 15 minutes away. The house could use some most kitchen small appliances like a blender, hand mixer things like that. Some items just need to be replaced. We survived without them they would just be nice to have for longer stays. If i had an issue i contacted the host and was helped right away. W

Good location, needs refreshing/cleaning/updating

Very convienent location and very easy for us to get on/off the freeway as we went to miking bike trails in the area. Property had terrible beds, with mattresses 10-15 years old that are incredibly worn to the point they are sagging. Carpet has many stains. Very minimal extras in the kitchen as well. We ended up staying but sleeping on the couches.

Overall property is a 3 star, nothing special and lacking basic things like a gas grill, kitchen utensils, cheezy kitchen ware, etc. Parking is very limitedYou Park wrong 250 fine?You love the Key for the Pool100 fine? Such a friendly inviting atmosphere.... Note sarcasm. Thermostat is UPSTAIRS so either the second story is freezing and first is comfy, or vice versa. Really silly design but liveableThe issue the "Host". Beyond terrible communication, but worst of all he tried to scam me out of my deposit. Had to get VRBO involved, and still he continued to ignore me, lie and delay, saying it was already paid (a lie) then that is was merely a "Hold" (a lie). I eventually got my 250 back thanks to VRBO but it was a major hassle and getting lied to for no reason other than greed is so stupid. I hope this property is no longer allowed on VRBO but if it is...Run away
