I arrived late but the host accommodated me, told me where to find my keys when I got there, and had taken care of my registration before I arrived. “Open Hearth is an older facility but very well maintained and clean for a very fair price. The staff was wonderful. We liked the location in Sister Bay, and we enjoyed the amenities such as Continental breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub, multiple fire pits and outdoor furniture. They even have umbrellas for a rainy day and bug spray available for use in the lobby.”

“Very clean and nice area with a water view. Tables and chairs outside the room was a nice touch. Only thing I’d say is offer some fresh brewed coffee in lobby maybe. Those coffee machines in the room or at least ours was basically water not coffee. Ended up walking next door to grab some coffee. And maybe a grill….We would have loved to grill some steaks.
