“it was a great stay we love the indoor and outdoor pool and the hotel accommodations were great! Thank you so much. Keep up the good work. The only I wouldn’t say bad thing, but maybe annoying thing was that our key card had some issues in the morning. Other than that, it was a great day thank you.”

“The AC in our room didn't cool properly and the room was so humid our paperbacks curled. The shower was constantly running so our bathroom was hot and steamy. The staff was made aware of this problem. It wasn't so bad we would ask for a different room but it was less than perfect. Otherwise it's a great place. The old charm is comfortable. We would return in a heartbeat. ”

“Comoda la posizione per la visita alle cascate, supermercati in zona..ma il posto è molto vecchio.(non avevo notato le foto delle aree comuni che sono degli anni 80...ecco l'intero albergo è rimasto agli anni 80), le camere avevano letti piccolissimi e scarsa pulizia. La colazione abbastanza scarsa e la signora a cui abbiamo chiesto le cose che mancavano (yoghurt, marmellata..etc) non era per niente disponibile. Non ci tornerei”

“Excellent service with genuine warmth, the opposite of "corporate vibes". If something's not ideal, talking to the staff is all it takes to make it right. The beds are superb, which is my #1 consideration in a hotel. The rooms are on the small side, but since I wasn't spending a lot of time in the room, this wasn't a problem for me. The location is great for visiting Cornell and downtown isn't too far either.”

“Restaurants close by, yes, shop with coffee, teas, pastries, sandwiches and other nibbles close by, yes. Low to no outside street noise, correct. Comfortable room, sizeable bath and dressing area, breakfast included that was different each day and satisfying, yes. Breakfast was served in a lovely glass enclosed morning room, so you look out at the greenery filled grounds while you eat. This is the place you want to return to at day's end after your adventures. “Everything was just so beautiful, from the gardens, the art in the home and the layout of the home! Our host, Rose, was so serene and kind. She gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and activities, she was wonderful! Our breakfasts were delicious, locally sourced, hearty and decadent. The spa was one of the best massages I have ever had! We will definitely return! ”
