“My main complaint was the curtains to our hotel room did not go all the way down so light came in early in the morning. There is bird poop ALL over the cement outside and even a dead bird. The staff was okay. I did call to complain about the room next to us and their noise but got told there was nothing they could do so that was super helpful. The room itself was beautiful but Im not sure if I'd stay again or not. ”

“We had a 5th floor corner suite that faced the intersection. The traffic noise on Friday and Saturday nights was very loud, making it very hard to sleep. Also, no closet in the room, but rather 3 hooks with hangers. We had to request a steam iron, which the staff promptly brought to our room. The decor was lovely and the hotel is beautiful.”

“If I could give more stars to this Hotel I would. It was absolutely perfect. Check in was super easy. The room wad enormous and we loved it. Great shower. Tons of room. Was a 2 min walk to the Falls and a ton of great restaurants. Everyone I encountered that worked at the hotel was beyond nice and friendly. We were there for one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer.”

“Room stunk. Taking a shower stood in 4 inches of water. Fan in bathroom was full of dust and grime. Filthy room and horrible experience. ”

“Property was run down. Missing cushion in the couch, elevators not working, leak in the pool, fixing ceiling during busy weekend stay. Rooms were not cleaned well before check in.”

“Check in was painless. No shower curtain in our room.217 was immediately taken care of by the house keeper assigned to that floor. She was very professional and handled my request promptly. Breakfast was yummy, hot tub was fantastic. Definarly stay again on a return visit. Well done staff.”

“This hotel is in desperate need of an update. The rooms are outdated and the bathrooms are institutional looking and lack standard amenities. I won't be back.”

“I’m a disabled veteran that checked in with a service animal. No children. No rogue artists. But when I checked out they charged my credit card again. When I called they said it was because I “left marker all over the walls”. There wasn’t even a marker in my room. Aside from that: the toilet was loose, the breakfast was stated to be 6-9 but it’s never ready at 6. The staff at the desk was rude when I called about the charge as well. They told me to talk to the general manager but she wasn’t...
