“Great place”

“Not sure where to start! The very first hotel that will absolutely not allow early check in and then they get flustered when there is a big crowd waiting to check in. Now mind you, the rooms were ready as I asked. Next we are in for a soccer tournament and our Sunday game isn’t until 4 so I asked when I checked in if I could have a late check out and they indicated I dad to wait until Sunday morning. I checked in first thing Sunday morning and they indicated the max late check outs were met...

“A little disappointed, upon arrival, the bedsheets were not clean and needed to be replaced - staff was very friendly and willing to make things right, but it kind of makes you wonder what other Shortcuts might have been utilized - never good to have a bad first. Impression.”
