Autentica fetta di paradiso dell'Alaska

Benvenuti nella nostra piccola fetta di paradiso.

Presentando una casa di 2400 piedi quadrati, situata su poco più di 5 acri di terreno boscoso. Ci sono 5 camere da letto, 2 bagni una vista incredibile delle montagne Chugiak attraverso il lago. Guarda l'aurora boreale che danza attraverso il cielo nei mesi invernali. Durante il resto dell'anno, è possibile osservare una varietà di uccelli acquatici che rendono il lago la loro casa.

La vasca idromassaggio all'aperto si trova sul ponte, di fronte al lago. Il mazzo avvolge tre lati della casa. C'è una cucina completamente attrezzata e un barbecue all'aperto per grigliare salmone fresco o bistecche. È anche possibile avere il proprio chef gourmet per farvi mangiare i pasti in loco. La sala da pranzo ha un tavolo che può ospitare 10 persone e ci sono altri 6 sgabelli da bar al bar della cucina.

Il piano principale ha un soggiorno più una camera familiare, bagno, sala da pranzo, cucina e 1 camera da letto. Il piano di sopra ha 4 camere da letto e 1 bagno. La camera da letto principale ha un lavabo / vanità nella stanza, con accesso diretto al bagno. C'è una tv nel soggiorno, la camera familiare e la camera da letto principale con DirectTV e canali locali. Il camino a gas nel soggiorno è un bel tocco per sedersi e bere il caffè del mattino.

Questa è una perfetta base di vacanza in famiglia. Incontra la tua guida di pesca con la mosca o la guida per vedere il volo direttamente dalla porta principale per iniziare la giornata. Canoa, kayak o sci di fondo sul lago per un po 'di relax. Pesca a botte tutto l'anno! La pesca sul fiume presso il Little Su o il Montana Creek, la fodera con zip a Talkeetna o le escursioni sul Hatchers Pass sono solo alcune delle attività rinvigorenti che la nostra piccola area dell'Alaska ha da offrire. Anchorage è a circa 50 miglia a sud-ovest.

Absolutely stunning property, even better host!! You can see and feel the love these two put into this place. It was the perfect place for our family of 12. Logs of amenities, in 10 days we did not hear one kid sau they where bored. Also go proximity to logs of dinday adventures. We love to make it back someday! Great

Our family stayed in this wonderful lake house for a week. There was wonderful communication with the host the entire trip. They supplied a walker for me and even rearranged a main level bedroom to make sure I would fit. The house was about a 15 minute drive from town and on a quiet lake. We absolutely loved the peaceful nature it brought. The supplied boat, kayaks, and canoe were great. The only downside our family encountered was that we felt there was a little too much interaction with the owners during our stay, but upon talking to them about it a couple days in, it stopped immediately.

The amenities of this house made it stand out. My kids are still talking about all the things they were able to do playing outside - on the water and around the house. Jeanne and Jim were so welcoming and very hands on to our stay.

Jeanne & Jim couldn't have been more gracious! The house worked great for my family of 11 people. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean with more than enough towels for everyone. Only hoping we can return again someday. Thanks for an awesome stay!

We stayed here with my sister in law and her family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for the whole family. We also got to enjoy taking the boat and paddle boats out on the lake and playing around on the property. The hosts were extremely nice and allowed us to gather fresh eggs from the chicken coop, fresh veggies from their large vegetable garden and even left us some yummy cookies and fresh Alaskan Salmon. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a great place to stay with lots of activities for the family with badmitton, croquet, kayaks, paddle boat and games. Fishing was not great but we tried. Plenty of room and the hosts were very welcoming.

Easy to find and owners are really nice! All you need to make your stay even greater is all provided to you. We brought along our boat and didnt even need it since they provided boats you can use! Little things like salt,paper, paper towel, pancake mix, fresh eggs in the morning and even vegetables from the garden that are there and available to use, I love it!!My kids enjoyed watching me get some fresh eggs in the chicken coop for breakfast every morning! We also brought our ATV's, althoug there are no trails near by you can still ride around. We celebrated my sons 5th bday here and let me tell you, everybody had a great time! Thanks Ms Jeanne for taking care of every little things down to what the boys may need, it sure was handy when I needed it! Cant wait to come here again with my family!!!! Love these place!!!!!

We were very impressed with our stay at the property. The homeowners were very friendly and prioritized customer satisfaction making sure we were happy. Had a hot tub, boat, canoes, kayaks, basketball hoop, horseshoes, badminton and croquet. Very nice property and area

Very nice house with all possibly amenities needed for our vacation. Enjoyed our stay Owners did everything to make sure we had good experience, even allowed to use greenhouse for fresh produce and supplied eggs daily from chicken coop Highly recommended

The owners were awesome from Day 1 of booking and helped us to navigate our journey during COVID. Once we arrived they were so friendly and respectful of our privacy. The chickens were so much fun to interact with. The lake view was beautiful. The fresh vegetables from the garden were delicious. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub every evening!! Even in the rain!!!!! Well stocked kitchen.

First off, the hosts were incredibly nice and helped us out with all of our questions and planning our daily excursions to see Alaska. The property is beautiful and well stocked with anything you will need for your stay. The lake is beautiful and while the fishing was slow on the lake (very warm weather just prior to our stay) it was a great time getting out on the water and enjoying the beautiful landscape. The location is great and allowed us to go out daily and see many of the great sites in AK (Train, Denali, mines etc...). I would highly recommend this property and specifically the great hosts (Jeanne & Jim).

Jim and Jeanne's house is a perfect place for a family/group of friends to get together and experience Alaska. We had a group of 10 that the house easily accommodated. The house was clean and we'll stocked. Just about anything you need they had there. The yard games, bicycles, boats, hot tub and fishing poles made this house perfect for us.

Not suitable for the size of my party! Should be capped at 10, 12 very max.. weather was a Hugh part of discomfort. Great people, the Hayes, with a sincere want for their guests to enjoy a wonderful experience! The location, outstanding; the exterior, outstanding and equipment was spectacular!!! My entire group enjoyed hot tub, grills all types of boating equipment. Maintenance and failing equipment should be addressed prior to guess arrival. Dave Sharp

Families traveled to make some new memories! The house was perfect for our stay. When not traveling we enjoyed the beautiful lake . The children old and young enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day in the hot tub. Very comfortable and clean .

This home is spacious, clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. Our group of 11 used this as a home base for local trips around Alaska and found ourselves enjoying the down time at the home as much as we enjoyed the trips. The yard, garden and flowers are beautiful. The lawn games were a lot of fun. The fishing and lake activities couldn't be easier to access. And, the hosts were incredibly thoughtful and helpful. Although we don't have kids, this is a very family friendly location. I'm sure you'll all enjoy this place as much as we did.
