Note that Suite 3 comes with its own guest-available washer/dryer in a portion of the garage. The remainder of the garage space is utilized for property management to include daily turnovers of other suites and is separate and not useable for guests.



Other Things to Note:

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please call repeatedly if emergency needs arise in the middle of night.

👉Strict no smoking of any kind ($150 fee for additional cleaning)

👉Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am

Interaction with Guests:

Check-in and check-out are all done remotely to give our guests a smooth and seamless process for coming and going. We are always available via message or text if the need arises.

Clean, convenient stay!

This was a great property for our two-couple group to stay. Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay long as it was just a stopping point between Homer and Denali, but we did get to check out Hatcher Pass on our way out which we would definitely recommend to others. We enjoyed the many amenities and clean, like-new furnishings of this home. Thank you for making the stop easy for us!

Very Clean and Comfortable

Even though we arrived at 11:00pm, we really enough the property. A manual is included outlying everything on the property, even what to do with dishes, so that was a bonus as some properties let you guess. We had engagements at 8am, so it was a very quick stay. The neighborhood was quiet on a Saturday night too! Definitely will stay again if the time comes.

Perfect Short Term Stay

This was a great property. The house was very clean and nicely appointed. Everything seemed new. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable and the living space and kitchen spacious. It was also a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very communicative and responsive which we appreciated.

Great Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. House is n a quiet location. It was exceptionally clean, and furnishing were newer. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We didn't cook, but the kitchen is a great size, and well stocked. Communication with owner was easy and fast.

Convenient, new, and we’ll equipped.

The location of the property is fairly close to restaurants, supermarket, and served as a nice stopping point between Seward and Denali. We toured the Matanuska glacier about 1.5 hours away . The immediate neighborhood is new and compact without much landscaping, but the numerous dirt roads in the area provided comfortable places to run and walk with plenty of open space to enjoy. Neighbors seemed friendly. There is also a bike path along the main road. We found the house well equipped and comfortable for two couples + 1.

Great Place to stay

The property is extremely nice and very well maintained. The neighborhood is very quiet. Very fast response from owners. We have stayed at a couple VRBO's and this one is one of the best. As local Alaskans it was very refreshing to stay at an owned and operated local property. Kyle goes above and beyond in service to make sure our stay was perfect. We would and will stay at his properties again. Thank you Kyle.
