“La struttura è molto bella, ma carente nella gestione. Ci è stata assegnata una camera bellissima (addirittura una junior suite) con upgrade gratuito. Orbene, si notava la polvere sotto i letti e sugli scaffali. Il fornello antizanzare era privo di Spinetta, tagliata forse da qualche ospite e non sostituita.Lo stesso per una lampada da tavolo. Il wifi funziona solo nella lobby.”

“Bloccati ad Ambon ed in camera da un volo riprogrammato dalla compagnia e da un disturbo alimentare, l'hotel si è rivelato un ottimo rifugio. Anche se gli arredi sono un po' datati, la camera era molto confortevole, la colazione varia e abbondante, il ristorante panoramico molto scenografico ed il personale (che parla un ottimo inglese) assolutamente impeccabile. Si va sul sicuro qui.”

“A piece of paradise that feels like you have a beach all to yourself! The family who run the resort do all that they can to make you feel at home I would add a couple cautions due to its remote location: - There is limited plumbing (no flushing toilet) and no wifi (we were able to get a weak signal and used our own data) - everything we ate was fresh, delicious and local but this means a lot of fish, rice, greens and eggs. “A Solid Stay with Friendly Staff, though Some Room for Improvement. We stayed at this hotel almost for a month and moved between several different rooms. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though there were a few ups and downs! The rooms were 15 square meters, a bit tight, but perfectly adequate if you just need a place to sleep. “The hotel was nowhere near its exceptional rating. It was worn in every aspect. The aircon was feeble, shower stall was dirty, grout was lined with mold. Ceiling was also moldy. Though my room had a window, it was facing someone’s balcony less than 5 meters away. The pool was uninviting but the only redeeming feature of the hotel. Staff was helpful though. ”

“Das schlimmste Hotel in dem wir je waren. Das Bad war voller Schimmel und verdreckt. Das Zimmer war nicht richtig geputzt. Die Fenster waren kaputt. Es war somit sehr laut. Nie wieder!!! Geht nicht dahin.”
