“I spent a week in a Queen room at Kavil Guesthouse in early November 2025. The room was good sized, with a comfortable bed and good-quality sheets and towels. Everything worked as it should, like the A/C, Wi-Fi, hot water, etc. I particularly appreciate the drinking water available for guests to fill our water bottles, and an in-room wall-mounted fan to supplement the A/C. “I stayed in the Suite at Premier Hostel Chiang Mai and it was genuinely amazing. The room was huge and the bed was massive and super comfortable — easily one of the best rooms I’ve had while travelling. The location is great too, right in the Old Town and perfect for walking around to temples, cafés and night markets.
