“Worst check in experience. Had my kids screaming for 2 hours because of all the bugs inside the room and outside the room. They had never seen so many bugs. Pictures are misleading the property. NO AC in the living room. Everything was misleading about this hotel. We left the next day and the manager refused to refund us the remainder of our stay (booked 6 rooms, 2 nights and only stayed 1 night due to bug infestation).”

“I can’t recommend this pace enough. Such a comfy bed and HUGE bathtub. It was such an AMAZING experience, you get unlimited time with the capybaras if your spending the night and they are so well taken care of and are so happy, I was petting them for hours! The town around is just the best too, such a rich community, I highly recommend just walking around for a few hours and talking to the locals and getting the local food! “One of the BEST resorts in Chiang Mai. The place is very peaceful and quaint. The resort owner greeted us at check in and ensured we were well taken care of until departure day. The food was fantastic and all homemade. The atmosphere of the area is meant for relaxation. We only stayed 2 days but will definitely return in the next few months. A wonderful place to recharge. ”

When we had an issue with our room, Nyein helped us changed the room with ease and it was effortless. The location is great with loads of amenities nearby.
