“Great place to stay, great staff, very clean and great food. The only issue I had was the WiFi wasn't as strong and kept cutting out even with my ESIM. I wish they had a microwave in the room as well to warm up my food from walking to the local markets. It also rained a lot in Chiang Mai, so I couldn't do what I had planned to do there. But it's rainy season there so I had to learn about that.”

“This is my first time in ChiangMai in the last ten years. I just need to get off the rush hours, office hours routine and get relaxed. Starting the day with a great breakfast which provides a lot of options (American, and Asian style). I mean the variety of flavors and healthy foods. Then, take an easy bike ride around the garden for your digestion. Anything you can imagine is all in this amazing botanical garden. “This property is a tucked away hidden gem. The rooms are lovely and spacious and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Nyein was a particular gem and was so helpful and kind. When we had an issue with our room, Nyein helped us changed the room with ease and it was effortless. The location is great with loads of amenities nearby. We’ll definitely be visiting the Mango Tree Resort again! ”

“Worst check in experience. Had my kids screaming for 2 hours because of all the bugs inside the room and outside the room. They had never seen so many bugs. Pictures are misleading the property. NO AC in the living room. Everything was misleading about this hotel. We left the next day and the manager refused to refund us the remainder of our stay (booked 6 rooms, 2 nights and only stayed 1 night due to bug infestation).”
