“Non tutti i personali alla reception/ "front desk" parlano inglese ad un livello adeguato. Acqua in piscina non era molto chiara e c'era sempre persone in piscina anche in tarde serata in un albergo che sembrava mezzo vuoto. Forse aprono la piscina al pubblico di fuori. Albergo non fornisce alcuni servizi essenziali: non cambiare soldi, non organizza escursioni, non prenotano autobus a Bangkok. Comunque offre un business center con i computer per fare online check per voli, per leggere email...

“Entrando nella camera, abbiamo visto tutto ben in ordine. Ma poi, andando a letto, un materasso duro come un sasso, dove era quasi impossibile rilassarsi. Al ristorante, ottimo cibo ma servizio scadente. 20 minuti ad aspettare per pagare, con il ristorante vuoto, e tre ragazze del servizio a giocare con il telefonino, dietro alla cassa. A parte il materasso e il servizio, era tutto bello.”
