“First, when we check-in and stayed in our room, we realized that we were stayed in the wrong room because when we check the size didn't match what we paid for. Then, we asked the front desk about it, and it seems they knew it. So, on our second day, they moved us into room that we were supposed to. ”

“예전에 라오스 비엔티안에 출장왔을 당시 잠시 지나친 호텔을 휴가로 다시 찾았습니다. 아름다운 정원과 훌륭한 수영장이 있있으며 객실은 매우 청결하며 아늑합니다. 조식은 기본 샐러드와 빵을 제공하고 A La Carte로 여러가지 메뉴를 제공하는데 계란들과 Pho, 각종 식사를 주문할 수 있습니다. 위치가 아주 훌륭한 것이 50미터만 나가서 길 하나 건너면 바로 메콩강 야시장입니다. 야시장에 별로 볼것이 없다 싶어도 꼼꼼하게 살펴보면 사고 싶은 것이 생기는 것 같습니다. 또 주위에 각종 사원과 레스토랑이 많아 지내기가 참 편했습니다.”

“I just wanted to thank the nice young lady at reception who, when I rolled in looking disheveled and bone rattled from an overnight train from Bangkok allowed me to check in early. This sort of graciousness combined with a good, clean modern hotel makes customers come back. (I said I would leave a good review and here I am) Great Wi-Fi, excellent breakfast and a comfortable bed and room. My thanks - recommend. ”

“Great hotel, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was included and you choose the day before. Location was central in Vientiane. To the left was the Hard Rock Cafe to the right a restaurant bar called Kip Chai Deu, that was great and had live music, jazz style. Prices were good. The only issues are, we had 2 rooms and 1 didn’t have a security box. Not for people with poor mobility as there are no lifts and a flight of stairs to get to reception.”

“Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole: due notti trascorse in una bellissima struttura. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ottimi servizi come il transfer gratuito da e per il centro città, colazione discreta e piatti molto gustosi per uno spuntino. Unico difetto della stanza: le condizioni del bagno sono piuttosto trasandate. Molto pulito, ma con una vasca estremamente rovinata, tanto da sembrare sporca. Al contrario, l'hotel (il bagno, la camera e le parti comuni) è estremamente pulito. ”
