“Wow! This hotel property is amazing! The resort pool and gardens are beautiful, and the views across the river to the karst topography in the Vang Vieng area are breath-taking! The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was wonderful -- with lots of options to choose from, and beautiful indoor and outdoor seating areas. My room was huge, comfortable, and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. And I loved my outdoor patio space with poolside and mountain views! Incredible!...

“Room was of a good standard with stunning views! One complaint the patio door was missing its insulation allowing mosquito to invade the room and i got a few bites. Staff really courteous, friendly and helpful. There was a mix up with our transfer from the train station and they refunded our taxi fair which was very generous. Cannot fault this hotel.
