“Marataba is different from other safari lodges. First there are only two lodges in the whole park which means no crowds. “We had a very large canvas tent with multiple rooms and a thatched roof. The bed was very comfortable and netted to keep out flying critters.The front balcony overlooked a savanna type landscape where animal viewing is certainly possible, though we only saw them on our game drive.
