Efficienza aggiornata, cucina completa, TV via cavo, Wi-Fi, ambiente tranquillo, tanta animazione, 2 miglia da uno stato all'altro, 5 principali stazioni sciistiche, 25 minuti da Burlington, 15 minuti da Stowe. Il noleggio è un ex appartamento nella nostra casa. Ingresso separato ovviamente. L'unità che dorme 3 è molto confortevole, può ospitare 4 con spazio limitato. Per un quarto. adulto c'è un $ 25. 00 tassa. Tutte le domande non esitano mai a porre.

Our favorite stay of our New England trip! Bruce warmly greeted us at check-in and shared information about the apartment and the surrounding area. He also had two pieces of some of the most delicious chocolate zucchini cake waiting for us! What a treat after a long drive. We absolutely loved our stay here. It was so cozy and had everything we needed to make it feel like home for our short time in Vermont. The attention to detail and all the thoughtful touches were above and beyond!

Upon arrival we were met by Bruce with fresh made cinnamon sweet bread warm from the oven. What a great way to begin a wonderful stay. The apartment was the perfect size for a couple. The kitchen so well stocked with utensils, pots, pans & even a few spices and supplies. The bath is large. The shower hot & powerful enough to get through my thick hair. A huge plus! We loved all the personal touches & thoughtfulness of the great hosts! Every need was met & exceeded.

We had a wonderful stay. House was clean and cozy, bed comfortable, shower hot, and Sandi left homemade chocolate chip cookies and brownies for us on our arrival. Bruce and Sandi were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed talking with them and discovering our common New England roots!

We loved staying here and can’t wait to come back. Owner’s received us well and were very responsive. The property is so cute, clean and extremely cozy. It’s close to Burlington and Stowe. Waterbury also has things to do like downtown is nice, farms and maple products, plus the Ben & Jerry’s factory tour. We loved everything about our stay. Great place to recharge, rest, enjoy the quiet and also many options of things around.

I came up to Waterbury for a weekend of skiing at Stowe with my teenage daughter. The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and convenient to the mountain (~ 30 minute drive). Bruce met us upon arrival with freshly baked lemon bread from his wife. I highly recommend this property!

Great place with responsive hosts. Perfect location to ski at Stowe and Sugarbush. Only downside was the place didn’t have a hot tub as advertised. However, the host did refund me given the error and the listing was corrected for the future.

So the pictures online are almost false advertising. This place is so much better than the pictures look. The hosts welcomed me with a light snack that was perfect after a long flight. It was quiet and beautiful. Would definitely come back.

This was the perfect home base for our fall adventures in Vermont. It’s a great location close to Route 100 and had everything we needed for a month long stay while we worked remotely. The hosts Bruce & Sandy were very welcoming, kind and happy to share local tips.

As advertised, we had views of open fields and mountains, with even some atmospheric fog in the early mornings. We enjoyed having an opportunity to chat with our hosts, the apartment was well-equipped and comfortable, and the surroundings were very peaceful, with hardly a neighbor in sight. We could not have asked for more. and would be pleased to stay here again.

Very quiet and peaceful setting away from everyone and everything, and yet so close to all the major routes. Bruce & Sandy made sure we were supplied with coffee, and Sandy even made us a loaf of Zucchini Bread to complete the "homey" feel. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for that home away from home experienc.
