“Really liked this hotel. Was nervous about the virtual reception, but it worked really well. We got there early going to leave our bags while we explored and didn't know how this would work with no reception. But the virtual receptionist was brilliant, spoke to a real person who checked us in and even got us in our room early. Same food experience when checking out and leaving luggage at the end of our stay. Hotel room was nice and comfortable. Great location. ”

“We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. “The staff helped me with a issue I had in my room quickly, the TV was giving sound but no picture. The room was very nice! The only suggestion I have is bring earplugs if you are noise sensitive and on the entry floor, room 1 or 2, because people check in there and stand and talk while waiting for the elevator. It is perfect if you are coming by public transport, and it's not a far walk to the city center. I would do it again!”
