The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good and well stocked. We booked the hotel because of its location as well as the hot tub and pool. The ceiling in the pool area is falling down in many areas and we could not get in the hot tub because it was dirty and covered with hair floating ...

We visit here annually, but this year the amenities and attention to detail was worse than the Covid years. Daily room cleaning is finally back, terrible food, long waits for food and bar, inexperienced spa therapist, staff shortage- sir behind the bar was incredible but clearly exhausted.
