“We arrived earlier than expected and our room was ready. The staff welcomed us. Our room was on the 6th floor. Our room had a bad food sell, and the sofa and chairs were old and dirty. The walls were dirty. The wifi didn’t work in the 6th floor, which was an issue as I had a present to complete. I was able to work in the lobby - the wifi was fine there.
