“We stayed at this property overnight while attending graduation at UF. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was very nicely but together with plenty of sitting area. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the assortment was phenomenal. If we ever have need to return to Gainesville this is the place we will be staying.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this Extended Stay America in Gainesville. I booked a one-night stay for a king-size room through Expedia, but the stay did not match what I reserved or paid for. We arrived late at around 11 PM, and instead of a normal check-in process, we had to call someone to come to the office just to get our room keys. “You could tell most of the staff didn't want to be there. The TV didn't work the entire time we were there and the girl who was doing the breakfast was rude and miserable; I get being a server is difficult - I worked in the service industry for 18 years - she's either burnt out or just naturally has a terrible attitude. Overall it's a shrug.”
