“Lovely stay. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. We were treated like VIPs - even our dog got his own bowls, bed and goodie bag.
The hotel is in a beautiful old building but with great modern comforts (air-con especially welcome during the recent heatwave). The Classic room we stayed in was huge as was the bathroom. All in all a great stay. Thank you! ”

“We had a great stay. It was a city break with my two children and we really enjoyed the experience. The CoalShed has real character and was a great place to hang out with my kids and use as a base to explore all the great stuff on offer in Bristol.
We loved the games facilities and the 'honesty bar', which is a great idea and was definitely welcome in the evening.

“I would stay there again. However it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the appliances. Had to figure out using chatgbt how to use dishwasher and washer/dryer. Could have had more kitchen garbage bags. There was just the one there and no others.”
