“no way to turn on heat. room was in bad shape. holes in carpet walls needed painting. no tissues stayed 2 night no room cleaning. Breakfast was horrible”

“The facilities were great and convenient. One huge concern for me was that the assistant general manager insisted on having the first names of our minor children who all happen to be under the age of 12. We were not made aware of this requirement at time of booking or prior to check in. Anyone with experience or training in child safety and abuse prevention will see this as a concern. Having a child's name gives predators a chance to confuse children into false sense of security.”

“Front desk, Ann was kind prompt and friendly. Breakfast was good and fresh, better than our day before stay at Marriott in Rapid City. Quiet and bed was comfortable. We'll be back and stay here again”

“I booked a king room, got put in a double. Hot tub wasn’t open. My husband’s room key didn’t work so he was locked out of our room (I was sleeping with phone on silent). Since we were put in the wrong room, she would not give him a key to the room we were actually in and did not call the phone in the room to wake me up. Woke up to my husband beating in the door since he could not get another key for the room we were staying in. ”
