“The pool was filthy. The coffee curdles. The room coffee maker missing pieces. The breakfast 'eggs' were still in liquid form. Lots of maintenance items and empty boxes throughout hotel. Holes in all surfaces...in all areas. ”

“Nice rooms. Air conditioner quit. So they moved us to another room. But the AC in that room did not get cool. They had a breakfast buffet coupon where you could eat for 5 dollars. But it didnt open till 8. We were on the road at 7. So that was useless.”

“The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was great. The Grainery, a restaurant right across the street from the hotel, also serves great food. Close to the interstate, the Terry Redlin Art Museum, and still within a few minutes' driving distance of anything you would need or want to do in Watertown.”
