“It was cleans and quiet. Gave me easy access to places I needed to go.”

“The rooms were nice, although the beds were too soft for me. The common areas were nice and comfortable. The kids used the pool and enjoyed it. Breakfast was decent. Unfortunately the TVs did not work properly. Overall a good stay!”

“This was our first stay at a bed-and-breakfast, it turned out to be great. Our host Brad and Julie were extremely nice very friendly. A room was great. The breakfast was fantastic, far better than you’ll get in any hotel. I would highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast to anybody that is in the Waterville area. I am sure that you will be as pleased as my wife and I were.”

“This wasn't the worst stay I've had, but far from the best experience. The lobby area had coffee and decaf when I checked in but it was cold and not fresh, which was a bit disappointing since the rooms did not have any kind of coffee. The check in process was quick and the staff member was friendly, but wasn't at the desk when I arrived and had nothing to clearly identify her as being a staff member. “Room is dirty including a nasty used Kleenex on the floor. The room STUNK of vinegar and was dark and unkept. Rusty, stained toilets and the most uncomfortable bed of all time. Kids running up and down the halls and zero help lugging bags up to the second floor. The “free breakfast” was half cooked ham and runny scrambled eggs. Sure they had cereals but the milk was sour and the yogurt had expired too. We booked 2 nights and left after one. We woke up with such splitting headaches from the...

“My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either.”
