Questo spazioso Foresta Knoll 3 camere da letto, 2.200 sq. Ft. Complesso si trova privata nel retro dell'edificio con vista bosco e si trova a pochi passi da Piazza della Città Waterville Valley, il centro sportivo, campi da golf, slittino collina e 1 fermata del tram alla montagna di sci (ultima fermata prima di arrivare a montagna sci, prima fermata quando ritorno a casa). L'unità è anche conveniente per escursioni sistemi di pista di mountain bike e.

D1 è stato recentemente aggiornato ed è completamente attrezzata! Il livello principale comprende una grande cucina, soggiorno e zona pranzo con TV via cavo, camino a gas e quattro stagioni proiettato in veranda. Inoltre, questo livello include anche la camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale, cabina armadio e vasca idromassaggio privato, nonché un mezzo bagno separato nel corridoio. Il piano inferiore offre una stanza bonus completo di TV via cavo, camino a gas, mini cucina, divano letto estraibile (tira fuori di un re) e veranda. In fondo al corridoio è una seconda camera da letto matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale, cabina armadio e bagno privato e una camera da letto separata con letto a castello (completo sul fondo, due sulla parte superiore) e bagno separato completo. Il grande armadio utilità include una lavatrice e asciugatrice e un sacco di spazio per appendere / vestiti da sci a secco.

L'uso delle strutture di montagna Athletic Club (piscina coperta e scoperta, campi da tennis, squash, palestra), è a disposizione degli affittuari per una tassa nominale.

We traveled with family to attend a local graduation. The house worked well but I would suggest coffee for at least one morning and toiletries. We had to purchase toilet paper.

We celebrated Christmas in Waterville this year at your condo. Everything was perfect. The condo was a great size for everyone to spread out. Very clean and had everything you would need to make an enjoyable vacation.I did a lot of cooking during our stay and the kitchen had everything I needed.The condo was even decorated for the holidays.Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

My family and I just spent a week in this condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have been to Waterville Valley many times and this was our first time staying at this condo. There were 5 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. Kate, the condo owner, was very quick at responding to any questions we had. I highly recommend this condo and we will definitely look into booking it again on our next Waterville Valley visit.

Our family of five adults and one child enjoyed our stay at this pleasant condo. It was very clean and well-stocked, with linens, towels, and paper products. The kitchen had a nice supply of dishes, pots, and pans. The condo is well located—easy walking distance to the recreation, athletic center, and town square. The owners are very communicative and helpful.

This has a perfect layout. Everything you need from cooking to linens. We were only two but the lower level is perfect for another family with children. We only had our daughter and granddaughter for one night but they had their own area. Waterville Valley has lots to do and if you geocache there are lots to find.

We drove 7 hours to get to this condo and we were delighted with the place. Very clean, light and bright and plenty of room to stretch out in. The three of us had our own bedroom and our own bathroom, which were clean and neat. Could have had more facecloths but had plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked but I wish there had been a Kurig type coffee machine. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your great home. We had a wonderful time.

We stayed for two nights at Kate and Jon's condo and could not have been more pleased. The unit is 5 star, with comfortable beds, great furniture, lots of towels and is well set up for a family or group of friends with tons of sleeping space. Kate and Jon were great at answering questions quickly and accurately before we arrived and quick to respond to a question during our stay. The place is impeccably clean, too. I hope we will have another opportunity to rent this condo. Oh, and our teens loved the facilities at the Waterville valley club on a rainy day-- nice pool, great gym, and very close to the condo. Highly recommend!

We were 7 ( my hubby, me, my son, daughter in law and 3 grand kiddies) Lots of room , comfy beds , great location . In spite of crazy weather we had access to the Athletic Club. Lots of fun at Corcoran Pond . Easy ride to Lake Winnipesaukee and also to Santa’s Village. Hope to return to make more family memories

Tons of space, absolutely spotless and great communication/info from the hosts. Walkable to the town center area, golf, and tennis center. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to staying in the future for tennis at Waterville Valley!

The home was very clean and comfortable. Everything we could have needed was right there - it was very well organized. The owner was very quick to respond to emails and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and once we know the dates for our conference next year would like to rent this home again.

Very clean, tons of space, decor is nice. We absolutely loved this property. Living room upstairs for family to watch tv together and huge space downstairs for kids if they wanted to play or do board games. Both had fireplaces which made it super cozy when snowing out. Beds were super comfy, lots of blankets provided. I would definelty stay here again!

The condo was conveniently located next to Waterville Valley ski resort and short distance to the Waterville Valley Town Square. The unit is large enough for a large family or two families vacationing together. Loved the gas fireplace and the jacuzzi tub for soaking & relaxing We had everything we needed in the kitchen for Christmas baking and meals. We hope to visit again with friends and highly recommend this rental.

I was there for my son's wedding. The condo was comfortable. Nicely furnished. Very comfortable beds. A kitchen cabinet was full of recycling, beer bottles and soda cans. The front of the coffee table was dirty (somebody must have dropped drink and it splattered all down the front). Other than that there were no complaints.

With family traveling from Norway and Thailand to visit and attend a very special family wedding event, this was a great spot to get together with all different members of my family as well as enjoy all of the amenities that the Unit and all of the Waterville Area offered. We were very blessed to have so much friendly support from the Property Management Team, my super supportive family of baby-sisters who made our stay feel like a second home. The downstairs unit was perfect for the parents with a toddler and an infant just starting to walk as we had a gate included as well as every other need attended to. Everyday, we were able to sit 4 adults and kids with a high chair at the dining table for breakfast and dinner together. Thank you so much for the memories and we hope to see you all again soon!
