“Certain thing was safety hazard, broken floor by the stairs to upstairs sleeping area, loose legs on the kitchen chair and bench. No cover for the baseboard heating unit and coils are exposed. And then simple thing that turn me off like old , mildew shower curtain downstairs, kitchen chair filthy tops needs to be deep cleaned or replaced, kitchen cabinets with dishes old and messy, over needs deep clean. “Location was everything! We were so close to Silver Beach. The condo was stocked with excellent shampoos etc, my granddaughters loved it. Within walking distance to so much and Clementines restaurant right next door. Beautiful harbor to view from your deck.”

“The home was very nice, especially loved the front porch! Lots of attention to detail and making you feel pampered and relaxed. Nice backyard with bonfire pit. My husband did comment on the weeds and bushes being very overgrown. Overall very nice and peaceful place to stay.”

“Before you rent this loft you need to know;It is on the 2nd floor of a building with business/es on 1 st floor. We were there 5 days and on 3 days we were awaken at 730 a.m. with loud construction on the first floor. Room stocked with 3 washclothes and 3 towels which we thought was strange for a 5 night stay.Loft is almost impossible to use. Ladder is very difficult to use and if you sit up on the mattress , which is on the floor, you WILL hit your head.Overall would not stay here again.”

“It was unique and charming. It had laundry, coffee bar, and a place to walk along the river. We did not like that the main outside door was broken. Also, it had 2 TVs but we had a difficult time getting them to work.”

“Great location for what was needed. Walls are not insulated. My neighbor appeared to be on honeymoon. Learned more than I ever wanted to know. Poor lighting in the loft. Ceiling fans in bedrooms did not work. Air was loud unable to utilize fan at night. Room was dirty— under bed was bad and sandy grit in shower. Floor was dirty. Towels had a sour smell— too much Gain. Coffee bar poorly stocked. No sugar any morning. Insane policy to charge 20.00 an hour to come early if room is already ready....

“This is a very cute place in a great location. We loved the cute downtown - Mexican restaurant, Distillery, Brewery, and the river walk. Very close to the wineries. This place is very spacious and is a great value. The kitchen was nicely appointed, and overall this was everything we needed!”

“Make sure you read the fine print! There is someone that lives in the basement! They said it was in the listing. The house is outdated and smells musty. I would not stay there again. The rental company Unique Stays was horrible to deal with. We asked if we could get the front door code 45min before we were supposed to because we arrived early. They wanted to charge me for giving me the code 45min early! The pictures must have been staged of the listing because the house does not look...
