Had problems with room #331: shower would not work and required 2 or 3 visits from Hotel staff to get shower to slightly work or to shut off. Hotel refused changing rooms or allowing us to shower in another room. Sink was slow and needs cleaning. Entry / hallway sink electrical plug has something broken off in plug, making it unuseful. “Room spacious but bathroom layout poor and could be unsafe if some had some physical challenges. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The breakfast fare was poor- fruit was rotten, biscuits burnt, no yogurt or gluten-free options other than hard boiled egg.”
