  • Nestled along the Monterey Bay is one of the most scenic stretches of California's central coastline. Spanning 1 1/2 miles of pristine beach, the house is in a secluded, gated community with a collection of beautiful beachfront homes.

    Perfect family vacation, Pajaro Dunes is located 4 miles West of Watsonville, and 20 miles South of Santa Cruz which is home of the Beach Boardwalk and Santa Cruz Mountain Redwoods. 20 minutes to Monterey.

Excellent home with brilliant views. Great location and beach on your backyard. Had a wonderful time with family. The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying sunsets from the patio made the experience even more memorable. The neighborhood felt peaceful yet conveniently close to shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was smooth and welcoming throughout our stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The deck was amazing as was the view of the ocean. The house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Seating in the great room was perfect. The host was responsive to us for whatever small question we had. Kitchen was well stocked. We hope to come back again next year

She was very welcoming and responsive. We wished that there had been a "house book" explaining more. For example, we did not realize that you needed to reserve the Pickleball courts 24 hours in advance.

Great location, great subdivision recreation amenities and spacious comfortable home with amazing ocean/beach frontage. 10 members of my family ranging in age from 11 to 88 and everyone had a wonderful time, gathering sea shells, playing pickleball and giant chess and relaxing.

Another Great Stay

This the second time we've stayed at this home and once again we were very happy with the home. The location is unbeatable, sitting on the deck with the ocean just a few feet away is always a treat.

Great house, great location on the beach

Everything was great about the stay. Easy check in process, great communication from the owner, and a very welcome stay. We were steps from an uncrowded part of the beach. Would highly recommend !

Wonderful family celebration

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Uma’s home on the beach. The location was amazing with wonderful ocean views throughout. It was a perfect place to celebrate a family birthday with our extended family group. We hope to return soon!

A Great Place for Family

Making Memories

A beautiful stay with seven female friends. The location of the house and the deck outside is outstanding. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out and the amenities in the kitchen were plenty full. Communication with the owner was timely and attentive. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Home, Great Location

This beautiful well kept home has great views and easy access to the wonderful sandy beach at Pajaro Dunes. Sit/dine, if you wish, on the front terrace with only a low fence between you and a beach that cannot be surpassed anywhere in the world. Excellent communications with the owner.

Great Memories Made

Relaxing Get Away

Amazing stay at Pajaro!

The house is beautiful and very well appointed!! The view from the kitchen table through the family room and the deck is magical. We watched dolphins, seals and even whales all day. We will be back!!

Beautiful Beach Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The Ocean view is expansive and truly spectacular. The Kitchen is perfectly equipped for any chef. Dining room allows full ocean views and is spacious for large groups. The location is excellent. We enjoyed viewing the scenery, walking the beach and visiting Monterey and Santa Cruz. Shopping is near and convenient. I highly recommend this beautiful home. Checking in and out was a breeze. Uma was very helpful and responded rapidly to any request.

On the Beach

This spacious home looks right onto the beach and a very nearby access path took our family group for beach walks every day. There's plenty of room for various family activities in the house. The appliances are updated, like a cool toaster. Bedrooms have closets and dressers. Our family enjoyed this home and the beauty of peaceful surroundings and glowing sunsets.

Dream Vacation

There were ten of us adults that were able to enjoy this beach front home in June. The view is amazing with grand windows to see the view for miles in every direction. The downstairs bedrooms do not include a view but the master bedroom opens up into the Pacific Ocean. The furnishings are cozy. We attended a destination wedding on Pajaro Dunes with 150+ family members coming in from around the country. Many rented condos & houses on site-- our beach house was by far the best & envy of the entire family.

The location, decor, above ground pool, game room, and the attention to details made this home a great rental. We had an unexpected, circumstantial issue with the AC going out prior to arrival, and we were notified via phone call by the owner prior to arriving. The owner had a window unit in each room and 2 portable air conditioners for living room bedroom. It was uncomfortably warm, but we were thankful for their attempt to offset the discomfort and the monetary refund to show their concern and understanding of our discomfort. Regardless, we had a great vacation with a roof over our heads in a safe neighborhood every night. Our kids said we were living in luxury this trip. I would recommend this home to others.
