Incredibile accogliente cottage sull'oceano di 2 piani con vista sull'oceano da quasi ogni stanza e ha le scale che conducono direttamente da casa alla spiaggia! Una scala a chiocciola collega i 2 livelli all'interno della casa e il livello inferiore è accessibile direttamente dalle scale dall'esterno. È una vacanza tranquilla che è perfetta per la famiglia e gli amici.
Massimo 5 ospiti adulti, ma le famiglie fino a 8 inclusi i bambini possono essere ospitate poiché tendiamo ad attirare residenti che cercano una casa sulla spiaggia in grado di soddisfare ogni loro capriccio. Serviamo sia il turista in famiglia che il residente aziendale a più lungo termine. La nostra bella casa dispone di tutti i comfort di cui avrebbe bisogno, dalla cucina fornita di ogni tipo di apparecchio necessario per creare quel pasto da sogno, al set-up wireless gratuito e alle TV a schermo piatto nella zona giorno (livello superiore) e alle 2 camere da letto ( livello inferiore) per una migliore qualità di intrattenimento. Viene fornito anche un telefono fisso locale. Siamo uno dei pochi ad accogliere il tuo animale domestico di famiglia. Vi è ampio spazio da distribuire con livelli separati sia per la privacy che per il relax.

Goditi le ampie vedute di The Arroyo Greenbelt e Sunset Beach. Trova foche, delfini e balene dai 2 ponti privati o osserva la raccolta dei calamari di notte durante la stagione. Rilassati nella vasca idromassaggio privata. Quando sei pronto per esplorare le aree periferiche per divertirti, prenota una gita in kayak a Moss Landing o dirigiti a nord per un'intera giornata a The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk o fai un viaggio a Felton's Roaring Camp Railroad. Trascorri il pomeriggio navigando nei negozi del caratteristico Capitola Village. Dirigiti a sud, esplora Downtown Monterey e il Monterey Bay Marine Aquarium. Qualche chilometro più avanti ti colloca proprio nel centro di Carmel By The Sea. Sia che tu scelga il nord o il sud, ti aspetta un'intera giornata di divertimento, intrattenimento e relax. The view....cannot top this one....up high but very close to the crashing waves! Private stairs to a beach that you only see a few people walking by....very private and quiet. The rental was so fun...they have thought of everything and it was just relaxation time. Very clean and you can smell that it was clean. Side note...the rental is in distance for Door Dashing from Watsonville....huge plus if you dont have enough umph left after a busy day. On our short list of must go back places for us. 6 stars if it was avaliable!

What a fantastic beach cottage. It was spotless, the views are spectacular, and it had easy access to the beach (you can take the stairs from the actual house or take the ramp from the state park entry). I hope to stay again soon!

This house is so cute! And right on the water! We’re so glad we brought binoculars because we could see the whales from the window, which really got us excited for our whale watch. House had all the amenities, and heaters for when it’s chilly. If you plan on going down to the water, you better be ready for a glute workout because there are over 100 stairs to the beach. There are two parking spaces, but if you have an SUV, you will need to take both spaces on diagonal. My only complaint is that the sheets on the downstairs queen bed or synthetic and not cotton.

Loved the Dolphin cottage!It was everything we and our pup needed.We could see go miles and miles is and it was spectacularly beautiful.Quiet neighborhood filled with sweet dog loving people.Our hosts, Adi & Mitra were terrific.

My family and I celebrated my birthday by spending time at Sunset beach. The home is in a great location with stunning views and has many amenities including a nice hot tub. My granddaughter loved staying with her parents and having a bed above them.We struggled a bit to warm up the home, especially one of the bedrooms that has no heater. The owner provides lots of blankets to remedy this somewhat.Overall we had a fun weekend and enjoyed staying in this beach home.

Overall we had a great stay and the hosts were very responsive. The location was peaceful and we could sit on the deck and watch the waves or walk down to the beach every day of our stay. Other perks, the hosts had decorated for the holidays, so we were able to just show up and enjoy. When it was chillier outside, we loved that we could turn on the fire place and enjoy the flicker or going in the hot tub.Location was great for day trips to Santa Cruz, Monterey and Moss Landing. The only minor challenge is that my partner is 6'5" and the downstairs bathroom and one of the bedrooms (as noted by the host) is not ideal for taller folks/ has a beam that my partner had to be mindful of. We also chose to bring luggage to the lower level using the outside staircase rather than the interior spiral staircase.

Loved our stay at the cottage. It was a perfect weekend to start the New Year with our little family. House was cute, did multiple walks on the beach, and ended with watching the stars from the hot tub. Great experience!

Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer und der Strand ist über eine steile Holztreppe zu erreichen. Die Wendeltreppe im Haus ist anspruchsvoll. Leider gibt es im ganzen Haus nicht einen einzigen Kleiderbügel und unter der einzigen kleinen Stange im Schrank steht eine Kommode. Das man die Handtücher (ein paar mehr davon wären schön) vor dem Auszug waschen muss, war kein Problem. Allerdings haben wir dort unsere Wäsche nicht gewaschen, da das Gummi der Maschine, die im Schlafzimmer steht, verschimmelt war. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wenn man Glück mit den Nachbargästen hat, ist es recht ruhig

Kitchen and living area had lovely views and all of the amenities for cooking. The house was clean and easy to get to. Central location made it easy to explore Santa Cruz as well as Monterey. Fresh strawberries were available as there are fields everywhere. The stairs down to the bedrooms are steep and tricky but not a deal breaker. We enjoyed the hot tub on the cool Foggy mornings and evenings.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood above a beautiful section of the Monterey Bay. We walked for hours along the beach and only came across small groups of people. It’s an amazing home away from the packed beaches in Santa Cruz.

This cottage is wonderful! The home is well maintained and cared for. You can tell the owners love it. This was the best VRBO experience we’ve had. Everything was stocked, clean, ready to use. The home is near strawberry fields, too, so we enjoyed fresh fruit from local vendors daily. Quiet, polite neighbors. Excellent walking & relaxation spaces. 10/10.

We had such a nice week here - the ocean view is incredible, we all took turns cozying up by the big picture window to read and relax. Comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen, and an almost-empty beach even in the middle of summer. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond, will definitely stay here again!

This property was wonderful and just as expected from the description. Rental guidelines are made available before you reserve and it's worth understanding the terms and conditions, e.g. the checkout task list and pet rules, if applicable. The hosts are professional and responsive and the neighborhood is unique and peaceful. Our family of three enjoyed the ocean view from the picture windows and balconies. Would love to go back!

This was a great stay for our family with kids ages 11 & 13. The beautiful beach is easy to access and perfect for a morning run, afternoon playtime in the waves and sand, and evening walks to watch beautiful sunsets. The views from inside are glorious, the kitchen and bedrooms are well furnished, and the hot tub is easy to use. We had a great time and would definitely book a stay at this property again.
