Di fronte all'oceano sulla sabbia - All New 4 Camera!

Il nostro 1750 sq ft casa sulla spiaggia che è stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2007, si trova a sud di Aptos e Seascape Resort, a circa 12 miglia a sud di Santa Cruz. Esso offre una vista sull'oceano panoramica con 15 miglia di spiaggia sabbiosa. Potrete gustare un caffè guardando i delfini e surfisti e poi guardare il tramonto dal vostro terrazzo. Si ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia e fuochi è consentito fino al 10.

La cucina gourmet di granito e acciaio, è ben fornita con utensili da cucina e punti metallici (spezie, oli, ecc) nulla si può avere dimenticato.
Ampie prodotti di carta (tovaglioli di carta, carta igienica) sono anche forniti. Asciugacapelli in 2 bagni.

I letti sono già compongono e attesa. Questa è la nostra casa lontano da casa che vi invitiamo a condividere e noi fare molta attenzione mantenimento e credo che avrete tutto il necessario per un soggiorno perfetto.

Very responsive host, beautiful views, well-equipped kitchen. Perfect floor plan for 7 adults. Lots of games. Central living area. It was wonderful to just go outside and walk along the beach. Rainy but with enough sunny time to get outside. Best place to start 2026! We would definitely return. Many thanks to the hosts!

The house was very nice. Direct access to the beach. The duckies were a fun addition. The only thing I found not great was the ice in the freezer. Needed to be defrosted. I would definitely return.

It was a nice beach house. I rent beach houses once a year I pick good locations like this. The beachy decor gives a great atmosphere. The set up in the kitchen was very good quality. We loved it got fabulous pictures of my son and his 11 month old daughter. I won’t see them for a year. So it was perfect family time.
My Son and Granddaughter. I chose this place to get private quiet family time as I won’t see them for a year.
Last year we sent my brother who died out to sea. We did a memorial.

The house was in a great location. The biggest issue we had was the steps. We had a 2 year old and it was a challenge. They are sooo steep, and were made of a hard tile with no anti slip features. The step width seemed short and there were NO baby gates so safety a concern for adults and kids. It was four levels so the steps were inescapable. Bring a baby gate or two. Not providing towels and having personal family pictures on display was unusual too. Best for age 5 and up

Check in was simple, great kitchen, living space is spacious, comfortable and gives you direct access to the balcony and amazing beach, ocean and sky views. This is our 5th year and we’re planning on going back again next year. We love this home and location!

Location, location, location!

This ocean front property is a dream. I nearly cried when I walked inside because the view was beyond words. It was super convenient for my kids& I having the beach so close. My son has sensory issues and sometimes we need to leave places if he gets overstimulated. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else after staying in this little piece of paradise!

Beautiful beachfront getaway

Amazing location with a beautiful view! Furniture was comfortable and home was well stocked with most of the daily necessities. Just make sure you bring your own bath and beach towels and wash cloths as they are not provided. Communication with the owner was great! She responded to any of my questions rapidly. We absolutely loved staying here!

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing experience and we were able to spend quality time with the family in this beautiful house. The view is absolutely stunning and we also saw dolphins from the deck which was also a big plus.

Our Happy Place

Another great stay!

This is our second stay at Beth Ann's place. As always, it's clean and well stocked. The location cannot be beat - even with a rainy weekend it cleared up enough for us to sit on the deck, soak in the sun and enjoy the view. We all love it, love that it can easily accommodate 5 women, love the proximity to shopping and restaurants. We'll be back!

Lovely home with gorgeous view

Quick get away to celebrate my brothers birthday with family and friends and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect house and location. Spent the evenings enjoying the common areas playing games. Everyone had their own area, definitely plenty of space for 8 people. Beth was so quick with responding to any questions and information was provided throughout the home. Wonderful rainy weekend

This beautiful house allowed us to come together in a large, lovely great room for meals and relaxation, and retreat into separate levels for sleep. The beach right out back was gorgeous - we watched surfers and surf fishers, played in the water, and sheltered on the deck in the rain. A very welcoming home!

Winter Beach Getaway

This unit is right next to the beach, with the sound of crashing wave to send you to sleep every night. There are tons of rooms for an extended family beach vacation. We had a great time here.
